Fleas are pesky and difficult!
From my initial (desperate!) phone call for service, through two treatments for an established flea infestation in my home, Pestcom treated me with expediency, empathy, and respect. Austin recognized an immediate need and got my home scheduled as soon as possible. Austin clearly defined, for best results, the amount of necessary proactive work on the part of the homeowner, and that that work would have to continue to be performed by the homeowner after and between treatments. As Austin explained, eradicating fleas is a partnership task of the homeowner and the professionals. The first treatment at my home was expertly done by tech Jonathon, and 10 days later a necessary second treatment was done. It is yet to be determined if a third treatment will be necessary. Fleas are pesky and difficult! Pricing is fair and appropriate. My one observation was that there was no document provided detailing the tasks necessary by the homeowner, and, after treatment: what the homeowner should expect to see, and the appropriate time that the homeowner should begin vacuuming and resuming the same pre-treatment work as done prior to the first treatment. I was unclear on whether or not my vacuuming after treatment would remove the pesticide-product and halt killing the fleas. Finally: your pet dogs and cats that are on continuous flea prevention such as Simparica or Revolution are STILL capable of carrying 'hitchhiker' fleas into your home. The animals themselves are protected, but fleas hitch a ride inside—on humans too. Fleas are opportunistic and tenacious!

Happy with this minor issue
The only complaint we have is when they come to remove the lights, our front yard is littered with plastic clips, and this year we noticed several on the roof. Also, I understand knocking on the door to let us know you are here, banging on the door is really overkill. My daughter literally jumped out of how loud they banged on the door (which we have a doorbell). This is a few years we have this service for our lights, we are happy, with this minor issue that definitely can be fixed.
