  • Garage exteriors, attached/ detached sheds, and fence lines as applicable

Resident Opt-Ins (as needed):

  • Interior service by request (kitchen, bathrooms, baseboards, laundry, utility/mechanical, select storage areas)
  • Appointment windows offered on the same week their section is scheduled

Add-on options (if elected by HOA):

  • Rodent monitoring around neighborhoods and common areas
  • ILTs for shared facilities (clubhouse, pool house)
  • Fly/drain programs for amenity kitchens or concessions

  • Door hangers & SMS: Residents receive advance notices (text/email/door tag) with their section’s service week and simple prep tips.
  • Section map: Every home is assigned A/B/C/D; managers receive a PDF map and we can provide a resident-facing version.

FAQs

How are missed homes handled?
If a home is inaccessible (locked gate, pets out, construction), we note it in the section report and attempt a same-week return. If still inaccessible, the home rolls to the next interior/exterior opportunity and remains covered under the program. Residents can also book an interior window when convenient.

Is the program safe for kids and pets?
Yes. Exterior applications are targeted and applied by Idaho-licensed technicians with a focus on entry points and harborage - not open play areas. We avoid bowls/toys, respect buffer distances, and provide labels/SDS for full transparency. Interior service is opt-in and scheduled with residents present when needed.

Can residents opt out?
The HOA contract covers exterior service community-wide for consistency and results. If a resident has a special concern, we’ll work with the HOA to respect reasonable accommodation while maintaining neighborhood coverage.

What if pest activity returns between visits?
If activity persists at a serviced home, we provide between-visit follow-ups at no additional charge under the HOA scope.

Do you coordinate with landscapers?
Yes. We share the section schedule so landscape crews and our technicians don’t overlap, and we note conditions (dense vegetation, mulch against siding) that impact results.
