Included: monthly exterior service, section-based interior windows (3–5 per year total), standard follow-ups for persistent activity, and routine reporting. Billable (if elected or outside scope): specialty bed bug treatments, extensive exclusion/sealing, large nest removals in inaccessible areas, or emergency after-hours visits. We’ll outline all of this in your written scope so there are no surprises.

What notice do you need for interior entry?
We match your lease policy and local requirements. Most properties use 24–48 hours. We provide door tags, SMS/email templates, and schedules by building so residents are informed and ready.

How do you handle no-shows or locked units?
We attempt a same-week return when feasible; otherwise the unit is prioritized on the next interior window. Exceptions are documented in the section report.

Can you help with recurring trash-enclosure fly issues?
Yes. We combine drain/organic load treatments, sanitation recommendations, and ILTs. We’ll also coordinate with your vendor on cleaning cadence.

Do you provide documentation for owners/lenders/auditors?
Absolutely - device maps, trend charts, labels/SDS, and logs are packaged in monthly/quarterly reports, with hot-unit verification notes where applicable.
