We map the site into zones (receiving/docks, knock-down, racking aisles, repack, production, finished goods, break areas, exterior perimeters). Each zone gets a risk rating and device plan.
2) Frequency by Risk
- High-risk zones: weekly (docks, repack/production adjacency, trash/compactor)
- Medium/low-risk: monthly (deep racking, offices, low-traffic storage)
Schedules align with shift changes to minimize disruption.
3) Targeted Controls
- Rodent station grids outside and interior monitors in quiet corners/utility chases
- ILT placement/maintenance for flying insect monitoring (kept out of product zones as required)
